Dr. Ajay Shah who is currently Senior Fellow at the National Institute for Public Finance and Policy, New Delhi. From 2001 to 2005 Dr. Ajay Shah was a Consultant at the Department of Economic Affairs, Ministry of Finance, New Delhi. An aeronautical engineer from IIT Bombay, Dr. Shah completed his Phd. in Economics at University of Southern California, Los Angeles.
Dr. Shah has authored numerous books, articles and papers on a variety of subjects including Banking, Credit risk, Fund management, IT, Macroeconomics, Pensions, Public finance, Risk and Securities. At present he writes a column every alternate Wednesday in Business Standard, one of India’s leading business newspapers. |
