| Ms Anita Ramachandran is the CEO of Cerebrus Consultants, a leading human resources consulting firm which provides consultancy on areas such as organisation restructuring, HR policies, change management, and compensation and benefits. Prior to setting up Cerebrus Consultants, she worked for 19 years in the management consultancy division of AF Ferguson & Co., formerly the KPMG associate in India. In her long stint with AFF she worked extensively in various areas of human resources and corporate strategy and headed the Human Resources practice. Anita has headed several major assignments for a wide variety of clients including multinational and Indian companies in diverse industries. She left AFF in 1994 to set up Cerebrus and is acknowledged as one of the foremost HR consultants in India. She is frequently and widely quoted by Indian and international business publications and is actively associated with various management and academic associations. She is a post graduate in Business Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Bombay - one of the premier management institutes in India. |
