| Vasanthakumar has been with UTI Ventures since its inception and has over 7 years of experience in private equity investments and capital markets. He has worked with the Principals on assignments relating to venture capital and private equity investments, mergers & acquisitions, valuation studies, fund raising for portfolio companies, business plan reviews and due diligence reviews across various industries viz. software services & products, auto ancillaries, media & entertainment, telecom, light engineering and alternate energy. Prior to joining UTI Ventures, he was with UTI's investment operations for a period of one year, wherein he was involved in primary market equity investments and debt investments. Vasanthakumar is a Mechanical Engineer from PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore and an MBA from Bharathidasan Institute of Management, Tiruchirappalli. |
